Caregiver Respite Ministry is a day activities program for older adults living with mild to moderate dementia. Respite Care is from 10:00AM - 2:00PM on Wednesdays at Covenant Presbyterian Church. The program will provide lunch, socialization, physical movement, music, art, and other activities. Trained volunteers will offer encouragement and support while working alongside staff and participants.

To Register for the Program: 

1. Download the Participant Application form PDF to your computer or device.
2. Complete and submit the application by email to c.heiberg@covenantcares.org or in person to the Covenant Presbyterian Church office.
3. Upon completion of your application, the director will reach out to the contact provided for a short phone call to ensure that the program is the right fit for you and your family.
